Greg Daines
CEO

Greg is an expert in the management of innovation and intellectual property, as well as an experienced entrepreneur. As founder of Knowligent, he led the design of its enterprise systems, built a base of innovative customers, and established the company as the leading innovator in its space. Greg holds advanced degrees in Innovation Economics (Cambridge University; MPhil), and Business (MIT; MBA). Greg is currently a member of the Board of Governors of the MIT Sloan Fellows Program, and has been a guest lecturer on managing innovation and intellectual assets at MIT.


Shane Jarrett
CTO

Shane has led the effort to redesign and reposition IP Portfolio as a service. He brings extensive experience in the IT/software consulting and outsourcing world. Prior to joining Knowligent, he was a Director of Systems Development at ACS, a Fortune 500 leader in system integration and business process outsourcing. Prior to that, he worked on enterprise systems implementation and integration at Accenture and Idea Integration. Shane holds a Masters of Accountancy in Information Systems from Brigham Young University.


David Palmer
CFO

David brings a wealth of experience in financial management. Prior to Knowligent, he was the Chief Executive of an asset management company in the City of London. He has been on the Boards of a number of funds and fund management companies in both the traditional and Hedge sectors.  David’s experience in management, corporate governance, and finance is invaluable to Knowligent’s growth and particularly to its analytics business. David is a Fellow of the Securities Institute of London, and has degrees in law (Southampton; LLB) and Business (MIT; MBA).

Professor Christensen is also an experienced entrepreneur having founded three successful companies. Mark Johnson 
Chairman, Innosight

Mark Johnson is Chairman and Co-Founder of Innosight, an innovation-based consulting firm. His consulting experience covers a broad range of Fortune 500 companies in industries such as consumer packaged goods, healthcare, commercial enterprise IT, energy, automotive, and aerospace/defense. Mark has also been a featured speaker at Fortune and Forbes innovation and leadership conferences and elsewhere. Mark received his MBA from the Harvard Business School and also has degrees from Columbia University and the United States Naval Academy. He currently serves on the board of the U.S. Naval Institute.
