How to Add Snow in Photoshop
Although there are quite a few steps involved, with a little patience, you'll be able to add light snowfall or a full-blown blizzard to your favorite winter photos.
Open Photoshop and add the photo to which you want to add a snow effect.
Select Layers to open the Layers palette, then select the plus sign to create a new layer.
