How to Create Google Forms | Google Forms Complete Tutorial (2022)
Although once an option in Google Sheets, Forms is a separate tool now. You can access it in Documents, Sheets, and Presentations. The most popular way to use Forms is to create a Google survey.
At the top of each form are tabs for questions and answers. Go to the Questions tab and give the form a name and description, or more likely, instructions on how to proceed. Answers are stored in the Answers tab, but you can also add answers automatically to a worksheet.
On the Responses tab, you can turn off Accept Responses and add a message for users trying to fill out the form. You can also receive email notifications for new responses, download a CSV file, print and delete all responses.
