How to quickly change font size and font style in Microsoft Outlook
One reason to print larger text is to make really small text much larger before printing the email so that the printed page is easier to read. Or maybe you are in the opposite situation, where you need to reduce large text so that the email fits on the page.
Double-click the email in Outlook to open it in a new window.
On the Message tab, go to the Move group and select Actions.
