How to create email templates in Apple Mail
You don't have to invent a standard email every time you send one out. Although Apple Mail doesn't have a dedicated message template feature, you can use drafts and reuse other commands to keep your email at its most efficient. Here's how you do it.
Open the Mail application on your Mac.
Click on Mailbox in the menu bar and select New Mailbox from the menu that appears.
