How to completely wipe a hard drive or SSD
This process can take several minutes to several hours depending on the size of the device and the method you choose.
Back up everything you want to keep, e.g. photos, software product keys, etc. Once the hard drive is done, there will be absolutely no way to get anything back on the drive.
