How to put a degree symbol in PowerPoint (PPT)
PowerPoint probably won't give you any confirmation that you've completed step 6. After pressing Insert, if you want to be sure that the graduation sign has really been inserted, just move the dialog out of the way or close it to check.
Shortcut keys are more efficient, especially when it comes to inserting symbols like this one where you'd otherwise have to scroll through a list of dozens of other symbols to find the right one.
