Little Kitty, Big City Nintendo Switch review – is it worth it?
Nintendo released its latest Indie World Showcase Wednesday, a video full of all the upcoming cozy, smaller, edgier games coming to its system in the coming months.
Topping the list is Little Kitty, Big City, who is all kinds of adorable. Developed by Double Dagger Studio, the title promises a "fun journey" as you play the titular kitten trying to find his way back home. You will explore the aforementioned city, complete various quests and help a bunch of other adorable animals along the way. Plus? It has more than 40 hats for your cat to wear, and if that's not a selling point, what is? The game will be released on May 9 and you can pre-order it today in the eShop.
Not all cat games are, or are they? Cat Quest III is also slated for an upcoming release, though you'll have to wait until August 8 to try the sequel to two of the best little RPGs on the platform. Cat Quest III, developed by The Gentlebros and Kepler Interactive, puts you in the role of a "swashbuckling feline privateer" and you'll sail the Purribean (not sorry) in search of long-lost treasure. Of course, the seas are full of enemies (Pi rats!), who are after you and your treasure, so you have to fight and level up as you go. You can pre-order the game today in the eShop, and there's a free demo available as well.
