Out of office replies in Outlook for an email account that doesn't support automatic replies
Only certain type of email accounts support out of office automatic replies. To check if your email account supports it or not click on file, under info if you don’t see automatic replies then the email account doesn’t support it. You can still support automatic replies to emails received using rules but you have to leave your outlook running while you are away. This video explains in detail how you can set up the automatic replies using rules.
