I'm a big fan of Scuf Reflex for my PlayStation 5, with Scuf Instinct being the Xbox equivalent. It adds extra paddles on the back that are easier to tap while giving you extensive customization options to make the controller feel like yours.
Scuf Reflex is an expensive, premium controller. It's also the best I've ever used. I've used many premium controllers, and they all eventually fall apart.
