What runs locally

Calculations, selected image previews and text processing in the five tools run in your browser. This edition does not send those inputs to a processing API. The image preview may use a temporary object URL, which is released when the preview is replaced or cleared.

Normal website requests

Your browser requests HTML, scripts, fonts and illustrations from the host serving this site. The host may receive and retain standard access logs such as IP address, requested address and user agent. Retention and hosting-provider terms must be set by the site operator before public launch.

Search and storage

Library filtering happens in the browser. Search terms in a search-page URL may appear in history or host logs, so do not enter passwords or confidential information. Public guides and tools do not require an account. The private editorial dashboard uses an essential login session. An authorized video link uses a separate viewing session and tab storage to retain part selection on reload. Advertising and analytics may be enabled by the operator and are subject to the enabled providers’ data practices.

External links and correspondence

Documentation links take you to other organizations’ websites, which have their own policies. If you send email, your mail provider and the editorial mailbox process that correspondence. Do not send passwords, identity documents or confidential files with a correction request.

Future changes

The five tools process their inputs locally. This does not mean that an embedded video provider, advertising service or analytics provider receives no data. These services may receive ordinary network information and use their own cookies or storage. The operator must keep the notice and any required provider consent choices aligned with the integrations actually enabled. Leaving a video guide requests session cleanup, but browser shutdown and restored tabs can affect delivery of that request.
